HELP US MAKE A DIFFERENCE

From education and awareness to sterilizations and helping injured animals, JBAR relies 100% on the kindness of our donors. 

For many people, a financial donation is one way to give back to this community that gives so much in terms of friendliness and hospitality. For others, it’s simply a contribution to help make the world a better place, or because they believe every animal deserves a chance. Whatever the reason, the generous donations we receive help us continue this important work.

Our bi-annual sterilization clinics require the majority of our budget as we pay for every animal sterilized. Monthly veterinarian costs are also significant as we provide care throughout the year. 

To help offset this, JBAR volunteers organize a multitude of events to supplement private donations. This includes events, 50/50 draws, adult refreshment stands, raffles, bake sales, contests and so on. 

We are also blessed with many non-financial donations such a food for our clinic volunteers, donations of crates, leashes, collars, paper towels, pee pads, food, litter, pet shampoo, gently used sheets and towels, medications, and medical supplies such as sutures, alcohol, and gloves.
